Project and run management: Manage incoming requests from internal teams (bug reports, improvement ideas)
Process optimization: Strengthen, homogenize and scale processes to improve the quality of our business performance
Analyze: Set up and update dashboards to help teams in their decision making
Collaborate: Work closely with Operations, Product and Customer Success functions to execute key impactful initiatives
This internship is available from January 2024 for a duration of 6 months.
You are currently in a business school
You are looking for a 2nd part of gap year or an end-of-studies internship
You have already had a first experience in operations in a tech start-up or scaleup
You have good interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills (french and english)
You like to find solutions to problems and go to great lengths to solve them
You know that improving processes is a way to gain more and more productivity
You are organized, versatile and responsive
