JUST is the new standard of shopping and a blast for next year’s buying experience. For people, they create a memorable and unique shopping experience with a universal 1-click checkout option. For brands, they cut checkout time by ten and bring the e-commerce checkout experience to unseen levels.

JUST is on a mission to solve a massive issue in e-commerce. People get frustrated because online stores require them to create store accounts, log in, or fill long and complex checkout forms every time they shop online. These frustrations are a nightmare for brands losing +40% of their customers for these reasons. The 1-click checkout of JUST is a win-win for every part: the customer journey is more simple and faster, and the brands have more sales.

Today, JUST is democratizing the 1-click checkout of Amazon for every merchant and allows people to shop with 1-click everywhere online, even in stores people have never shopped before, like a passport for online shopping. Tomorrow JUST will be on a mission to redefine how the world shops.

MISSIONS

• Project and run management: Manage incoming requests from internal teams (bug reports, improvement ideas)

• Process optimization: Strengthen, homogenize and scale processes to improve the quality of our business performance

• Analyze: Set up and update dashboards to help teams in their decision making

• Collaborate: Work closely with Operations, Product and Customer Success functions to execute key impactful initiatives

This internship is available from July 2023 for a duration of 6 months.

PROFIL

• You are currently in a business school

• You are looking for a gap year or an end-of-studies internship

• You have already had a first experience in operations in a tech start-up or scaleup

• You have good interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills (french and english)

• You like to find solutions to problems and go to great lengths to solve them

• You know that improving processes is a way to gain more and more productivity

• You are organized, versatile and responsive

• You are attracted by start-ups and the e-commerce environment
