This position is based in Paris, as it involves meetings with B2B media and retail partners, as well as attending some events. However, you can still enjoy work-from-home days as you prefer with no constraints.

🎯 What You Will Do

As a B2B Marketing Manager, your main mission will be to position Joko as the top marketing solution for retailers and help the People team build the most desired employer brand possible. You will work closely with the B2B team to provide them with relevant content that will help the Sales team sign new deals and the Account Management team nurture their relationships with our partners. This will involve dealing with a lot of data based on banking transactions to produce qualitative insights that will make Joko shine across the retail ecosystem.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Market Insights & Intelligence: Build detailed Market Insights reports using banking transactions.
    This involves analyzing the data, creating dynamic presentations, and writing insightful articles for both publication in the press and internal B2B purposes. You will also actively participate in defining the study roadmap, which requires staying current with the news to suggest relevant report ideas that engage the retail ecosystem.

  • Media Relations & Industry Presence: Cultivate and develop strong relationships with key journalists and thought leaders within the retail sector to boost our media visibility. Your mission will be to position Joko as the go-to source for market insights, the top marketing solution for retailers, and the best company to join.

  • B2B Project Coordination & Management: Work closely with the Sales & Account Management teams to ensure that content and project outcomes help secure new deals or strengthen existing partnerships. Together, you’ll define the strategic roadmap and select the most impactful projects. You will then lead these projects, managing the planning and execution, and involving various stakeholder teams as needed to ensure success.

    You will be the link between the Marketing and B2B teams, ensuring they have optimally designed materials and resources for their daily operations.

  • Event Planning & Organisation: Organise engaging in-house events to increase Joko’s visibility in the retail industry (webinars presenting the latest market trends, and office events with partners showcasing our upcoming marketing campaigns…).

    Coordinate Joko’s participation in external networking events and represent Joko alongside the B2B team (such as 1to1 Monaco, 1to1 Biarritz, etc).

    Monitor new B2B events to ensure Joko’s presence at the most important ones.

  • B2B Marketing Content & Channel Strategy: Manage and produce content for our B2B communication channels: LinkedIn, our B2B newsletter, and Medium blog. This will require gathering information from different teams to communicate effectively on our latest news, whether it’s a product improvement, a new partner announcement, or a milestone achieved.

  • B2B Marketing Process Improvement: Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our B2B marketing practices by assessing and enhancing our knowledge base, tools stack, processes, and KPIs monitoring.

Profil recherché

  • Education: You graduated from a top business school or have led outstanding entrepreneurial projects.

  • Experience: You have 2-5 years of experience in B2B Marketing, business positions, data or strategy consulting.

  • Languages: French is your native language and you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Education: You graduated from a top business school.

  • Analytical skills: You love analyzing data and deriving meaningful insights from numbers.

  • Effective communication: You have strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to explain something complex with simple words.

  • Autonomy & proactivity: You are fully autonomous and able to manage projects involving several teams from A to Z. You always think one step ahead, and always go the extra mile without being asked.

  • Creativity: You can think out of the box, and you can come up with bold and innovative ideas. You have a good eye and creative sensibility for copywriting and design.

  • Attention to details: You know that the devil is in the details, and you have a talent for spotting flaws where they are.
