    Based in Boulogne-Billancourt, InUse supports manufacturers in various industries: food & beverage, renewable energies as well as equipment & machine manufacturers such as Shem (Engie), Pellenc ST, Hellenic Dairies etc.

    About the team 🙌

    We are currently strengthening our Sales team in order to further deploy our IoT solution and assist manufacturers in their shift towards industry 4.0. InUse is currently operating on ~1,500 connected machines in over 150 factories worldwide, with a focus on process manufacturing (food & beverage, consumer packaged goods etc) and utilities.

    Your mission 👇

    Your mission is to develop InUse’s revenue through an indirect sales model initializing and managing the business partner relationship. You will support Partner recruitment, onboarding, management and Go To Market activities as well as work with Field Sales to drive pipeline and revenue. You have proven experience in and be able to support our Partner base with solution selling, and build this expertise on an ongoing basis.
    The role based in our HQ in Boulogne-Billancourt will report directly to Axel, Sales Director of InUse.

    What you’ll do ✏️

    • Identify, recruit and/or grow new and existing Partners to increase adoption and sale of InUse solutions.
    • Build positive working relationship with partners to ensure smooth partner activities.
    • Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation.
    • Assist in Go To Market activities where required including Trade Shows, webinars and other events.
    • Educate partners on InUse solutions and complementary services offered.
    • Work with partners to conduct product presentations to their prospects.
    • Provide proposals, quotations and pricing to partners.
    • Develop profitable business model based on market trends, competitor activity and Partner’s specific routes to market.
    • Ensure that partners are up-to-date with product information.
    • Introduce solutions improvement and its features to partners.
    • Conduct business reviews with partners and recommend improvements.
    • Accurately forecast sales and complete partner and customer data in CRM.
    • Collaborate with the InUse organization to ensure maximum transformation of leads, especially with Customer Success and R&D
    • Provide feedback benchmarking and lessons learned to participate in the start-up agility.

    Preferred experience

    About you 💪

    • 6+ years’ experience developing and leading complex partner relationships. Preference for experience in IT Sales,
    • Extensive understanding of and experience with partners and what Go To Market strategies work best with each
    • Experience in sales, marketing, strategy and program management in technology including channel sales
    • Disciplined and accountable. Demonstrates a tendency to work with a Partner’s needs in mind and work backward from there to achieve mutual success.
    • Business Development experience running all aspects of strategic transactions.
    • Experience collaborating with all areas of business from engineering, sales, and marketing to C-level
    • Extremely strong communication and effective negotiation skills.
    • Strong persuasive skills and ability to influence decision makers
    • Proving track record in enabling and increasing Partner revenue
    • Entrepreneurial self-starter with a successful track record of running a deal.
    • Motivated by new technologies, industrial IoT and industry challenges.
    • Master’s degree in engineering and/or business administration
    • Multi-Lingual French, English. Others are a plus
    • Available for business travelling
