INTEGRA Metering designs, develops and produces smart water meters. We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to join our sales team.

The Sales & Business Development Manager drives sustainable business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities. He/she does this by building strategic relationships, nurturing qualified leads through the sales pipeline, and developing tailored proposals that align customer needs with company solutions.

He/she will be focused on the first time to Spain, Portugal, Latin America.

His/Her responsibilities and tasks will be to :

  • Identify and research new market opportunities, customer segments, and industry trends.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through initial outreach and discovery.

  • Develop tailored value propositions that align with customer needs and company capabilities.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to shape winning strategies and responses.

  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle—from first contact to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, bids, and commercial offers.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

  • Ensure accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools.

  • Contribute to business development strategy and territory planning.


Profil recherché

Strong prospecting and lead qualification skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities.

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, able to craft and deliver compelling proposals to decision makers.

Relationship-building capabilities, with a proven track record of establishing trust with new clients and key stakeholders.

Strategic thinking and market insight, to align solutions with customer needs and market trends.

Cross-functional collaboration experience, working effectively with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Legal teams.

Goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet revenue targets under controlled timelines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailored for both internal reporting and external client engagement.

Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential. French and Portuguese would be a strong advantage.

Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, International Sales, or a related field.

5+ years of sales and business development experience, preferably in the water, utilities, or IoT/Smart Metering sectors.

Proven track record of acquiring new customers and closing complex B2B deals, preferably in technical or high-value industries.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and track performance metrics.
