Reporting directly to the Global Head of People, you’ll play a key role in Beloy’s growth by supporting the development of our talent pipeline and contributing to cross-functional HR projects.
🎯 Talent Acquisition
Participate in defining recruitment needs and identifying target profiles with team leaders.
Contribute to drafting and managing the publication of attractive job postings in both French and English across various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle, schools, etc.).
Work jointly with managers to source and engage the best talent for our General Management, Tech, Finance, Legal, Revenue Management, Risk/Broker, and Sales teams.
Supervise the pre-screening interview process and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Be proactive in suggesting improvements for the recruitment process (KPI tracking, candidate feedback, reporting).
💡 HR & People Operations Projects
Support the organization of onboarding and offboarding processes.
Participate in the the creation, update, and communication of HR policies
Contribute to internal communication and People initiatives (diversity, engagement, events).
Assist with payroll and administrative tasks.
Support the Global Head of People on transversal topics such as HR compliance, regulatory matters, or other strategic HR projects.

Currently studying Human Resources, and passionate about people-related topics.
Comfortable speaking confidently and demonstrating active listening skills.
Versatile, curious, and proactive, able to adapt and learn quickly.
Strong interest in HR processes and people operations.
Comfortable in an international and English-speaking environment.
Team player, dynamic, and motivated to take initiative.

A first experience (internship, apprenticeship, or project) in recruitment or HR
Knowledge or experience in the B2B or insurance sector is a real plus.
