As a Key Account Manager - Gig Economy & Financial Services, , you will take full commercial and strategic ownership of Beloy’s most important gig economy partnerships. You will be directly accountable for revenue growth, profitability, and overall program performance, ensuring that our embedded insurance solutions deliver measurable value to partners and to Beloy’s business.

This is a high-impact role that combines commercial leadership, analytical insight, and customer obsession. You will work closely with global partners to understand their business, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure programs deliver operational excellence and tangible outcomes. Internally, you will act as the business owner for your accounts, collaborating with Product, Insurance, Tech, and Operations teams to optimize performance and drive results.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of key global gig economy and financial services  partners, ensuring growth, retention, and delivery of commercial goals and long-term partnership objectives.

  • Drive revenue growth through upsell, expansion, and improved program performance.

  • Build and maintain strong senior relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for all strategic matters.

  • Lead commercial discussions, renewals, and pricing reviews with partners.

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Insurance, and Data teams to ensure partner success.

Review key metrics (attach rate, loss ratio, conversion, profitability) and act on insights to strengthen results.


Profil recherché

What you will bring

Background:

  • 7+ years’ experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, or roles within the gig economy or financial services or insurance..

  • Proven record of delivering revenue growth and profitability in complex partnerships.

  • Skilled negotiator with C-level relationship management experience.

  • Confident working with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

  • A proactive and high-energy individual, combining strategic thinking with strong execution in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
