Descriptif du poste

We are looking for an experienced Java Team Lead to join our team and help us build and maintain high-quality software products. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Java developers, as well as working closely with other teams on projects. 

Main Role & Tasks

  • Lead and mentor a team of Java developers

  • Work closely with other teams on projects

  • Facilitate requirement analyses

  • Design and develop technical solutions

  • Conduct peer reviews and provide feedback

  • Enhance frameworks

  • Identify and resolve technical issues

  • Ensure that the team meets

  • deadlines and deliverables

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Java technologies and best practices


Profil recherché

That Describes You

  • 5+ years of experience in Java development

  • 2+ years of experience in a team lead role in an Agile/Scrum environment

  • Strong technical knowledge of Java, including core Java, JEE, and common open source frameworks 

  • Experience with database, SOAP, XML, and REST Web Services 

  • Experience with automated unit testing 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent level of English

  • Experience with DevOps practices 

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies

Déroulement des entretiens

  • First call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 min - video call)

  • Second interview with the Hiring Manager and someone from the team (1h - video call)

  • Use case to prepare at home (1 week)

  • Technical interview based on your work with the Hiring Manager and someone from the team (2h - on-site is preferred)

  • Final interview with the Department Director (1h - video call)
