Founded in France, in May 2008, by three deep connoisseurs of the real estate sector, iad started from a visionary concept which merges real estate, web and revenue sharing. iad comes to dematerialize agencies (stores), promoting a relationship of closeness between the real estate consultant and the client, offering a more competitive service for those who wish to buy, rent or sell a property.

Job Description

This position is a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave, ensuring continuity of the Finance function.

Under the supervision of the Central Finance Team, the Finance Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading budgeting and forecasting processes
• Delivering accurate financial reporting and analyses to support decision-making
• Overseeing financial activities, including local accounting and cash flow management
• Managing a Finance & Accounting Specialist
• Collaborating closely with the General Manager, cross-functional teams and other partners to drive performance and strategic objectives
• Contributing to the implementation of an EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solution
• Supporting strategic initiatives, including M&A activities and other projects

• Ability to operate autonomously and ensure continuity of finance operations in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and accounting skills
• High level of rigor, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Leadership and team management capabilities, as well as communication and presentation skills
• 3-10 years of professional experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Planning Analyst, or Financial Controller; exposure to M&A is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, and ideally experience with accounting software (Datev and/or Workday)
• Fluent in both English and Italian
