Descriptif du poste

Company Description

Founded in 2008, the iad Group owes its success to four key pillars: its expertise in the real estate sector, entrepreneurship, network marketing, and international expansion. The network’s more than 20,000 advisors are thus able to provide the best possible service to their clients.

With annual growth exceeding 30%, iad is breaking its own records in its home market, France, as well as internationally, aiming to become the global leader in all its markets.

The iad Group was born out of a desire to create an innovative real estate network, democratizing the sector and providing greater support to people who wish to sell or purchase a property, while also elevating the profession of real estate advisor. It is currently present in 8 countries and 2 continents: France, Italy, Germany, the UK, Portugal, Spain, Florida, and Mexico.

For its part, iad Spain began operations in March 2018, and in its five years of activity, it has not only successfully implemented the model but also driven market development and penetration, attracting a large number of entrepreneurs and facilitating their access to the real estate market.

Headquartered in Barcelona, iad Spain, the group’s third subsidiary, is following in the footsteps of its predecessor in France with solid growth and the goal of positioning itself as the leader in the Spanish residential market.
