You’ll effectively be Horace’s British Ambassador, coaching and mentoring the in-store team, as well as:
- Inspiring, educating and making customers happy by showing your first-class expertise in our products
- Managing and building the store’s overall performance, by monitoring team and store activity (KPIs: sales, sales index, average basket size, conversion rate)
- Creating a positive environment for your team, leading them by example and helping them to improve and grow
- Flexing your communications skills: you’ll be constantly collaborating and sharing insights with other store managers, and resolving issues quickly if/when they appear
- Efficiently managing the day-to-day running of the store’s operations and inventory
- Keeping your store looking good and feeling great throughout the day
- Getting involved in employee training and induction with the program that’s been put together by the Retail team.
- You’re already an open, experienced, friendly Manager, and you know how work independently
- You’ve got natural leadership and interpersonal skills and you know how to support your team and get the best out of them
- You can address the needs of the business with your team's performance, hitting KPIs like sales, sales index, ABV, CVR
- You’re great under pressure, and always able to take a step back to find solutions, especially when for your customers
- You love to create an unforgettable experience for customers and know how important the details are
- You roll up your sleeves and get down to business when necessary
- You're flexible with your hours, evenings and weekends
- You know our brand - understanding or speaking French would be useful
