YOUR MISSION

In your role, you will play a pivotal part in the operational management of ongoing campaigns and
tenders, with a primary focus on project management for our esteemed international clients within the food & beverages industry. We offer you: exciting and varied tasks in an international network as well as a young, dynamic, helpful team and a friendly and very collegial working atmosphere.

Your work will include:

Project management for brands, associations and international campaigns
Key account and project management support in the sectors: Trade & Shoppermarketing, Eventmarketing, PR, Social Media Marketing
Attending B2B & B2C fairs
Building an ecosystem with stakeholders in BENELUX
Taking on initial tasks independently in collaboration with internal and external contacts
Participation in brainstorming sessions and meetings to prepare and implement campaigns
Market observation, market research and analysis and positioning studies.


Profil recherché

What you bring:

You are committed and passionate about project management & communication
You enjoy using conventional communication channels - and reinventing them at the same time.
Managing and designing projects, advising customers, presenting and using your creativity is important to you. You are a problem solver, both operationally and strategically.
Being proactive is the norm for you and you are characterised by a high sense of responsibility for your clients.
You thrive when working in a team and at the same time you are well structured and organised to efficiently manage several projects at the same time.
You have a master’s degree in marketing and communication or a comparable qualification and minimum 2 years of professional experience.
You’re studying communication sciences, marketing, business management or a similar subject.
You speak French and/or Dutch.
You are comfortable using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
You are proactive, responsible and interested in international campaigns.
You enjoy working in a multilingual environment.
You want to play an active part in the life of the agency.
