HOPSCOTCH Season is an international communications consultancy whose multicultural teams are passionate about food, beverage, tourism, design and, more generally, the art of living. An expert in integrated campaigns, Hopscotch Season advises, imagines and deploys media, PR, influencer, digital, event and trade marketing campaigns adapted to each market, with the ambition of always being creative, innovative and ambitious, while working to create commitment and federate communities aware of environmental and social issues.

HOPSCOTH Season is an agency of the HOPSCOTCH Groupe. Together, they form an integrated international network of over 1,000 talents and more than 30 agencies worldwide. This is a recent development, which is why the agency is structuring itself and looking for its account manager.

MISSIONS

Within the account management team, you will deliver communication strategy and execute the associated action plans for clients, help manage relationships with clients, stakeholders & internal teams. You will be responsible for the following:
· Implement & lead projects & comms strategies, anticipating & managing risks, organizing teams regarding the delivery, daily operations, coordination with multiple stakeholders
· Manage & execute campaigns, from insights generation to strategy, execution and reporting
· Consulting with clients and stakeholders on various communication elements as well as daily operations and analysis generation
· Co-define the scope of work, planning, budgets, resources, methodology & tools on the projects
· Monitor and implement market/trend analyses and contribute to market research informing future client communication strategies.
· Inspiring, engaging and working collaboratively with the team to achieve business and communication objectives and maintain influential relationships with clients
· Build & monitor budgets by optimizing costs internal and from suppliers, margins & net profitability
· Contributing to Season’s growth by generating new business and maximizing opportunities with current clients.


Profil recherché

PROFIL

· Minimum 3 years of experience on a similar role, strong understanding of bespoke communication, ideally gained through agency experience
· You have a high sense of ownership, are passionate and highly motivated
· You are a team player
· You can work with confidence and autonomously in a fast-paced role
· You enjoy building and maintaining relationships/networks
· You have strong analytical, enquiring, insightful and strategic thinking abilities
· You have communication and management skills in an international environment
· You are proactive, have a creative force and you like to work in project with multiple stakeholders!
· You are detail oriented, organized, reliable and are known for your problem-solving skills
· Languages abilities:
o fluent English and /or Mandarin
o any other language will be an asset!
