Your future team

You’ll be part of the SDR France team, which is at the forefront of Holidu’s growth strategy. The team’s mission is to connect with vacation rental hosts across France, engage in warm, authentic conversations, and schedule high-quality meetings for our Sales Managers.

Your direct support and coaching will come from the Team Lead SDR France, and you will collaborate closely with peers in France and international SDRs across the company. You'll use CRMs, coaching tools, and our tailored pitch scripts to guide your calls, always focused on sparking interest, building trust, and booking that first demo.

This is a temporary contract (CDD) for 12 months, starting in January 2026.

Your role in this journey

Your goal is to create meaningful first touchpoints with vacation rental property owners and schedule meetings with our regional Sales Managers in France.

You will:

  • Reach out to hosts via phone to pre-qualify their needs and evaluate their initial level of interest in our offer.
  • Create trust and interest around Holidu's offering.
  • Use provided scripts to tailor your message based on the customer type.
  • Reach monthly targets of scheduled meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and structured notes in our CRM to ensure a smooth handoff.
  • Collaborate closely with your Team Lead, receive daily feedback, and participate in team meetings like check-ins and best-practice shares.

Your backpack is filled with

  • Fluent French (native or near-native) and professional English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Motivation to achieve goals and aovercome objections.
  • A structured work ethic and strong self-organization.
  • Curiosity and openness.
  • Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
