Your future job

As Technical Account Manager, you’ll work from our Lisbon office (will report to the team based in France) and you’ll be the key point of contact between our merchants and internal teams, ensuring smooth integrations and high-quality solutions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional support during the pre-sales phase

  • Advise and recommend best practices for integrating payment solutions

  • Manage the integration project for new clients in your portfolio, starting from onboarding

  • Organize and lead technical workshops with clients

  • Oversee client delivery alongside the functional tester

  • Monitor potential technical developments for existing clients

  • Respond quickly and effectively to client requests during the integration phase

  • Coordinate internal communication across relevant teams (french merchants & HQ)

Profil recherché

What we’re looking for :

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role or a strong technical background

  • Tech enthusiast : curious and always keeping up with the latest technologies

  • Detail-oriented and meticulous: precision is one of your strengths

  • Multilingual: fluent French is a must

  • Project leader : experience in project management is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal skills : excellent communicator, both written and verbal

  • Technical skills : comfortable reading and navigating code (HTML, JavaScript, PHP…)

  • You’re open to occasional business trips to France

  • Bonus : familiarity with CMS platforms like Magento, Prestashop… is a real asset
