As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Alexis, our CFO and Head of investments on a range of transformative projects aimed at achieving our strategic goals. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in fundraising processes, providing support throughout the entire transaction, including identifying the most relevant investors, preparing pitch-books and management presentations, building the best equity story, and preparing valuation materials.

• Assisting the team to prepare the several board meetings.

• Supporting the development of a strong network of relationships with family offices, institutional investors, and banks.

• Helping to build Hexa’s expertise in growth stage valuations and providing advice on investment decisions across our portfolio.

• Supporting the investor relations function, including preparing reports and monitoring the value of our portfolio.

• A first successful internship in investment banking, PE or venture capital

• Genuine interest in corporate finance with good commercial awareness

• Strong analytical and numerical skills ; appetite for no-code / automation is a plus

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Diligent and committed to excellence

• Attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks

• Fluent in English and French
