As part of our Core Team, you will bring your product expertise to help kickstart new startups across various sectors and impart your know-how to the founders.

This is a key responsibility to get them from 0 to 1 and set them on the right path for success!

Your role will include the following responsibilities:

• Research/Discovery - In collaboration with our partners and founders, talk to experts to explore market trends, industry structure, distribution channels. Engage with potential customers to understand untapped needs and generate, scope & validate innovative start-up ideas.

• Build - With our founders, pitch prospects & create and own product roadmaps, define go-to-market, and assess technical and operational feasibility.

• Create user flows and work hand-in-hand with designers to ship the best product.

• Launch - Work with our Founders and their team to deliver and launch the first version of the product. Create product marketing materials to onboard the first users.

• Adaptability – You know ho to deal with ambiguity, juggle multiple priorities and lead several projects simultaneously. You prioritize adaptable milestones over fixed roadmaps.

Planning and making decisions will be at the forefront of your day-to-day job.

• Analytical – You can break down complex, unstructured problems into actionable recommendations. You dig deep and don’t take your users’ responses at face value.

• Hands-on – You are able to prototype in order to iterate on user needs and solve problems. Strong skills in Figma is a plus.

• Resourceful – You do not need guidelines as there will not be any to kick-start projects from 0 to 1 and you enjoy working in full autonomy.

• Persuasive – You act proactively to ensure effective collaboration, smooth project management and delivery. You are a good listener and an excellent communicator, able to influence, convince and build trust - especially when dealing with strong personalities.

• Entrepreneurial – You have already been the 1st Product Manager of an early-stage SaaS company or you have already launched your own company as a CPO/cofounder. You are a risk taker and able to unlearn/challenge some of the habits you gained in the past.

• Team player – Hexa is all about team entrepreneurship. You are highly collaborative and able to move all stakeholders forward.
