Your mission : shape the user experience of our next world-class products, from user experience (UX) - working with Founders & Product Managers - to visual design (UI).

Your role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Design our projects’ first MVPs.

  • Participating to research interviews with our product design partners to drive user experience decisions.

  • Identifying customers’ problems and solve them with simple & innovative UX/UI design solutions.

Profil recherché

  • Creative & Flexible - You craft opinionated product experiences and you are not afraid of rethinking a design nor going back on a decision: you iterate and test! You also know how to deal with ambiguity, juggle multiple priorities and lead several projects simultaneously.

  • Curious & UX/UI driven - You have a passion for design and figuring out best-in-class solutions to UX, UI, and interaction challenges

  • Detail oriented - You take part in clean & simple interfaces and are excited to keep pushing until your work is pixel-perfect!

  • Feedback: You are open to giving & receiving feedback and constructive criticism

  • Smooth communicator – You act proactively to ensure effective collaboration, smooth project management and delivery. You articulate your ideas clearly and effectively. You are able to influence, convince and build trust - especially when dealing with strong personalities.

  • Entrepreneurial - You are a risk taker, you are not afraid to learn new things, you’ve had an entrepreneurial experience (as a 1st Product Designer) or at least 4 years of experience in Product Design (in an early-stage startup).

  • Nice to have: - You have already used Webflow or Framer to create landing pages

If you are passionate about building products from the ground up, and are excited about the opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment and for multiple early-stage projects, we would love to hear from you.

Perks & benefits

  • You will become an expert on everything related to Product Design at early stages: working as a Product Designer within Hexa means building from scratch several software projects a year, discovering and understanding new sectors and markets.

    • In this context, we still offer a flexible remote policy. Employees are very flexible to arrange their time (work from home vs office) according to their preferences allowing them to have a nice work life balance.
