    Brands around the world leverage Heuritech to: better produce, understand upcoming demand, reduce overstock, find actionable inspiration, produce more sustainably, avoid missed opportunities and increase their sell-through.

    Job description

    Role Summary

    As a Fashion Analyst, you will be part of the Fashion Team, and you will be one of the “fashion eyes” of the company. Your role is key as you will be ensuring Heuritech is a reference in terms of fashion trend forecasting, advising which fashion trends to monitor in the next months, and turning data into insightful story-telling and actionable insights.

    Additionally, you will have a central role in the company, working alongside the Fashion Team with business, product, marketing, delivery, and R&D teams, in order to turn market research on fashion trends and products into concrete, relevant and actionable insights for our clients (Louis Vuitton, Dior, Adidas, etc.).

    Key responsibilities:

    - Ensure the quality and relevance of any insights shared with Heuritech clients

    - Ensure Heuritech sportswear trends and products dictionary is a living reference

    - Create insightful analysis and story-telling based on your research and data, provided to clients or to the whole industry through our Saas product and webinars

    Main tasks and projects:

    • Collaborate with the Customer Success Management, Data and Product teams to accomplish Customer Research/Insights counterparts throughout the organization. 

    Market Research (20%)

    • Trend watch: Follow up on general trends in the sportswear industry, tracking shifts in colors, shapes, and  styles. Use of different platforms you get your inspirations from (Instagram, Pinterest, Vogue, Elle, Condé Nast, Fashion Network, BoF etc…) in order to spot early trends that would feed the platform, trend reports, and fashion week reports.

    • Social media influencers research: You’ll need to show social media skills (Instagram mostly, but Tiktok and Weibo would be a real added value). Measure the value of fashion influencers to create relevant panels.

    • Cultural Insights : Have a more granular understanding of trends’ life cycle, not only on a global level but also on a cultural and sub-cultural level. 

    • Panels curation: Be a go-to person to ensure that our accounts panels are up to date

    Trend analysis and reports (80%)

    • Quantitative analysis: Be a go-to person for quantitative analysis and data search on the platform, being able to easily link and interpret Heuritech’s predictive metrics in light of your knowledge of the sportswear market. 

    • Consumer Insights through Fashion AI: Cultivate a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and recommend detailed and personalized solutions by developing new, or challenging existing data and ratios. Follow up on technical feasibility in collaboration with Product and R&D teams.

    Preferred experience

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

    • End-of-study internship (fashion school, business school)

    • At least one experience in a sportswear or fashion-related business

    • Passionate about the sportswear industry:You love to read fashion magazines, to search on Instagram for the next buzzing trend and you always know about what’s hot in the sportswear industry. Yet, you also understand that fashion is more than product trends and is part of a global, complex, and constantly evolving industry that is constantly evolving.

    • Strong analytical skills: Being able to analyze trends is a key part of this role and having strong analytical skills is the best way to ensure that you’re successful in this position. You should also be comfortable with Excel.

    • Creativity: In addition to strong analytical skills, you will also need to demonstrate creativity. You’ll need to be able to think outside the box when predicting early trends.

    • Agility and autonomy: You are able to work on different priorities at the same time, you love to be autonomous and thrive on responsibilities.

    • Forthcoming: You need to be able to foresee any risks, challenges involved in the scopes you’ll be responsible for.

    • Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment

    Recruitment process

    • You are looking for a full-time position starting as soon as possible in Paris. You will need a visa that allows you to work in Europe for this position.
