Hero aims to create top-tier e-banking solutions tailored for European digital merchants. Now that we have obtained our Payment Institution License in France, we are seeking an expert in the User Acquisition & Lifecycle solution to join our team.
As a Product Manager for Acquisition & User Lifecycle, you will join the Product team led by our Head of Product & Strategy and work closely with the developers within your squad, as well as your stakeholders. You will be responsible for defining and driving the strategy for Onboarding, Business accounts, Company Creation, and the overall user experience on our platform.

As a Product Manager, your missions will be to:
Define and lead product strategy for your scope, aligned with the company vision and growth objectives, leveraging a deep understanding of the market and competition.
Identify high-impact opportunities from data analysis, customer insights, and market research
Lead the entire product lifecycle, from making data-driven decisions on feature prioritization to writing crystal-clear specs.
Own product performance with an uncompromising focus on impact — continuously track and analyze key metrics (revenue, engagement, adoption), turn customer feedback into actionable insights, and run A/B tests to optimize results. Your mission: maximize business value and minimize churn.
Collaborate closely with Tech and Design to turn your vision into reality, while also aligning and mobilizing Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams around your initiatives.
Your Hero Profile? 🦸
You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with significant experience in a startup/scale-up environment (ideally FinTech or a Next 120 company)
Problem-solver, you are able to structure and deliver complex projects autonomously.
Data-driven, you perform ongoing data analysis to inform strategic decisions and ensure alignment with KPIs and OKRs.
Customer-Centric, you have a passion for understanding customer needs and creating an exceptional user experience.
Able to craft and execute a product strategy, translating it into clear OKRs and delivering against them.
Communication & Influence, you have excellent communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and bring people with you around a clear vision.
Fluency in both English and French is mandatory
