Missions :
We are recruiting a Sales Delegate in the Europe Travel Retail team, that will report to the area manager in charge of the region. The mission will be to develop the business of the brand on the area and to guarantee the quality of execution to protect the image of the brand. The area is composed of two flagship airports which are Roissy Charles de Gaulle and Orly. The person will be the main point of contact for the airport’s teams.

The position requires 4-5 years’ experience on a commercial role.
The role is to be filled as part of a maternity leave replacement starting in May 2026 for a duration of approximately 8 months.
Position based in Paris.

Key Responsabilities :

  • Drive the sell-out performance of your area:

Set up monthly targets per airport and stores and monitor their achievement

Define action plans in collaboration with the area manager to achieve the target of the area maximising all leverages of a 360 action plan

Prepare and implement the trade animations: target definition, assortment, VM, trade tools, promoter recruitment, planning, briefing

Define the minimum quantities needed per reference per store

Guarantee no out of stock and send order recommendations to the client in collaboration with the area manager assistant

Plan the distribution of trade tools to optimize the sell-out performance: traffic stopper, GWP, Art of gifting, samples, testers

Manage and analyse all sales reports, competition follow-up, shoptrends, BC reports

Present regular business review to the shop managers

Collaborate with shop managers to prepare launches and animations

Negotiate additional space locally

Regular field visit (up to 50% of your time)

Control the travel expenses to respect the annual budget granted
  • Insure excellence of execution in your points of sales:

Protect the brand image by ensuring excellence of execution in all types of point of sale: Hermès stores, personalised spaces, generic stores
Prepare visual merchandising planograms following the brand guidelines and guarantee their perfect implementation
Plan visuals and trade tools orders and deliveries following the marketing plan
Prepare the store openings/refits and take care of the implementation
Work in collaboration with the architect team and with our suppliers to schedule maintenance of our personalised counters
Implement the animations in point of sale in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Manage a team of beauty consultants:

Manage a team of 18 beauty consultants
Build strong and effective teams of beauty consultants
Identify good candidates and recruit new beauty consultants according to the commercial strategy implemented by the area manager
Train, integrate and coach the beauty consultants: product knowledge, selling techniques, counter maintenance, attitude, grooming
Create a positive team spirit and energize the team
Set/share targets and communicate about their achievement
Optimise beauty consultants shifts and vacations together with the agencies and shop managers
Define profile and recruit a team of promotors to promote our animations
Organize regular business review and team building with your team
Monitor the expenses of promoters
  • Train and convey the Hermès excitement:

Establish strong relationship with your clients

Learn all the training modules provided by International Training and work in collaboration with the training manager to train the sales team: beauty consultants, Hermès staff, generic staff, promoters

Define a training annual strategy and calendar

Organise training events

Boost team spirit and share passion of Hermès to all population

Share the brand strategy and marketing plan to the local team

Get field information, receive feedback and identify best practice

Propose and implement local incentives to motivate the generic staff

Profil :

Graduated from Business School or University (Master degree)
