Descriptif du poste

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Communication Intern to join our team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about social media, visual storytelling, and fashion communication. You will play an active role in managing our online presence, assisting with photoshoots, and supporting our image team in bringing the brand’s vision to life.

This is a hands-on role within a small, fast-moving team, offering real exposure to brand communication, digital marketing, and creative production.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn)

  • Participate in defining and executing the social media strategy.

  • Assist in daily content management and scheduling (posts, stories, reels).

  • Design feed layouts and story templates aligned with brand identity.

  • Create and edit videos for Instagram (e.g. Styling Series, Her in Heimstone).

  • Prepare weekly KPI and performance reports.

  • Curate Pinterest boards based on collections and seasonal inspirations.

  • Conduct social media trends and competitor analysis.


Image & Shooting

  • Assist with the organization and execution of photoshoots.

  • Manage logistics and garment preparation for shoots (e.g. Styling Series, Her in Heimstone).


Digital Marketing

  • Participate in the creation of email newsletters (briefing, layout, integration, and send-out).

  • Help create  Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram).

  • Assist with digital asset organization and merch preparation for collection launches.

  • Occasionally edit and retouch visuals for digital campaigns.

  • Write and create articles for collection inspiration and launches.


Profil recherché

  • Studies in Communication, Marketing, Fashion, or Visual Arts.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

  • Proactive, curious, and creative  with a “can-do” attitude.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling (English; French is a plus).

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign) Canva.

  • Comfortable with video editing tools. Ex. Inshot, Cap cut
