Job Summary The Track Lead for Support & Operations is a pivotal role focused on managing and optimizing operational processes within Oracle Exadata and Database Administration. This position emphasizes continuous improvement, problem-solving, and effective team management to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities 1. Enhance Operational Systems By Implementing Oracle Exadata Solutions That Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes To Support Organizational Planning.
2. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Ensure That The Support Team Effectively Meets Client Expectations Through Proactive Communication And Timely Resolution Of Issues.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Fostering A Culture Of Transparency, Ensuring That Project Goals Are Clearly Communicated And Aligned With Organizational Objectives.
4. Introduce Innovative Ideas And Process Improvements Using Oracle Database Administration Best Practices To Drive Overall Organizational Progress And Operational Efficiency.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs, Leveraging Oracle Technologies To Achieve Business Results And Enhance Service Delivery. Skill Requirements 1. Proficiency In Oracle Exadata And Oracle Database Administration, Demonstrating Solid Understanding And Application Of Best Practices.
2. Familiarity With Operational Management Principles And Methodologies.
3. Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Implement Continuous Improvement Initiatives.

Profile description:
Advanced troubleshooting, expert support, rapid analysis and resolution of complex incidents
Expertise in Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB
Level 3 technical support and management of complex technical incidents
Drafting of architecture files and postmortem reports
Management of obsolescence (patches, migrations, evolutions)
Confirmed experience in tracking evolution projects and migrating to the cloud
Ability to autonomously manage critical environments, define and document operating processes
