Responsibilities 

• Focusing on infrastructure server management with a strong security orientation. 

• Managing the Windows server fleet via SCCM, including application packaging, patching, and vulnerability management. 

• Automating replication tasks between the production and disaster recovery sites. 

• Providing technical solutions for Windows OS upgrades, including within the VMware virtualization platform. 

• Participating in various technical committees. 

• Implementing security standards to secure the broader Windows ecosystem. 

• Automating server fleet management processes. 

• Troubleshooting and performance management. 

In addition to the specified technologies, deep expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem is essential, encompassing not only SCCM, Windows Server, and Active Directory, but also a holistic understanding of Microsoft platforms and related integrations. 

Deliverables 

1. Documentation of implemented processes (architecture, operations, etc.). 

2. Tools required for process automation, problem resolution, and overall fleet management. 

3. Change management support for operational entities (including offshore teams). 

4. Dashboards for monitoring the Windows server fleet.
