As an Assistant.e Account Executive, you will report to an Account Manager and support the implementation of projects by overseeing production processes and ensuring that all deliverables comply with relevant regulations.”

Project Coordination 

• Coordinating internal and external agency teams: preparing quotes and purchase orders, overseeing technical and creative contributions related to campaign production, and supporting the Account Manager with budget control, invoicing, and forecasting. 

• Take the lead in project planning and monitoring: building creative timelines and ensuring production schedules are met. 

• Ensure compliance with internal processes: manage the creation and tracking of briefs, timelines, meeting minutes, worklists, timesheets, and both creative and medical schedules. 

Production of Deliverables 

• Design advertising, corporate, and educational materials: ensuring full compliance with current medical and regulatory requirements. 

• Monitor the quality and accuracy of campaign assets: proofreading all types of documents (sales aids, dosage sheets, slide decks, patient brochures, tracking booklets, websites, apps, and videos) and providing translations when needed.

Could this be you? 

• Education: Master’s level degree in marketing, communication, advertising, media, political studies; a background in healthcare is well appreciated. 

• Technical skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Analytical and synthesis abilities.

• Curious, proactive, and detail‑oriented.

• Proficient in English: C1 level.
