Haddad Brands Europe, founded in 2017, specializes in the distribution of children's apparel under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Lacost, Polo Ralph Lauren…) across Europe.

Operational for 7 years, the company has experienced rapid growth and now has over 500 employees across Europe. 

We distribute our products through both wholesale—working with major specialty and multi-brand retailers—and retail, via our concessions in department stores.

In practical terms, this means that if you’re buying children’s apparel (ages 0–7 for Nike, 0–16 for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether in a physical store or online, in the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, or anywhere else in Europe, the product you’re holding has definitely passed through us — even if you bought it in an official Nike or Levi’s store!

To support our growth, we are offering a permanent position as a Merchandising Manager. 

CORE RESPONSABILITY 

  • Support the seasonal buisness development for the license brands in charge through winning merchandising strategies. Responsibility to identify opportunities in the Europe market to meet consumer needs in order to achieve sales target alongside with Margin targets and sku efficiency
  • Conduct market analysis, market research on EU market, post mortem analysis both quantitative and qualitative to ensure future range relevancy
  • Create directed assortment by channel bucket to ensure ranging aligns with both consumer and distribution
  • Deliver insightful range presentation to sales teams, licensor executive, and account teams.
  • Ensure a strong relationship and collaboration with all your stakeholder: brand licensee , sales, planning and buying, US merchandising, sourcing, Retail teams and category management counterpart.
  • Gather input and provide clear and concise information to all relevant stakeholders 
  • Ensure a strong cross functional division alignment to deliver the best execution.
  • Be the primary point of contact to Marketing to lead in the development of brand awareness, advertising, photo shoots, and in store support.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Over 5 years of experience in fashion and sports retail, specializing in merchandising and buying.
  • Experience in premium fashion brands as a plus

  • Strong presentation skills
  • Very good analytical skills, understanding the metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the industry. Ability to anticipate customer preferences

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with different teams, ability to coordinates within the matrix in a fast-paced environment
  • MS office application, excel complex formulas, PowerPoint

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS : 

  • Start date : ASAP 
  • Location : Saint-Denis (Stade de France) 
  • Employment Type : Permanent contract (CDI)
