Haddad Brands Europe, founded in 2017, specializes in the distribution of children's apparel under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Polo Ralph Lauren…) across Europe.

Operational for 7 years, the company has experienced rapid growth and now has over 500 employees throughout Europe.

We distribute our products both through wholesale, working with major specialized and multi-brand retailers, and through retail, via our shop-in-shops within major department stores.

In practical terms, this means that if you buy children's apparel (sizes 0–7 years for Nike, and 0–16 years for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether in a physical store, online, in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Italy, or anywhere else in Europe, the product you are holding has necessarily passed through us even if you purchase it in an official Nike or Levi’s store!

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Digital Key Account Manager responsible for our Fashion business with Zalando and AboutYou.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 

  • Ensure that the fully integrated go-to-market-process is understood and executed efficiently and innovatively across this account.
  • Work cross functionally with merchandising, planning, finance and operations to define growth opportunity to create separation between
  • Deliver the framework processes for robust and reliable forecast accuracy, including the weekly operations review and annual / quarterly forecast processes for this Account.
  • Use best in class ways of working to help develop digital capabilities in our sales teams.
  • Ensure effective sell-out reporting by country is shared across the European organization.
  • Establish what and how digital accounts can play within the wider omnichannel roadmap and ensure that investment and energy is applied to deliver it.
  • Define needs and processes that drive efficiency and improve execution for digital partners across Europe.
  • Review and implement dilution strategies that target “good behavior” across the digital landscape.
  • Provide own insights and present / implement channel sales strategy and defined key account sales strategy, in line with the evolving market trends and competitor insights, for the achievement of the targets in both customer segment and by product category.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCES : 

  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in wholesale, ideally part of that with .com accounts
  • Previous management of big accounts and top-to-top relationships. Ability to effectively collaborate, partner and influence to drive profitable results. Ability to communicate effectively- fluent English is a must. Proven ability to grow a business effectively and run a P&L. 
  • Proactivity, decisiveness and able to juggle analytical and strategic commercial mindset.

  • We offer a permanent position with mainly remote work (Berlin or Paris)
