Your role

We’re looking for a Marketing & Content Intern to help us scale Guideflox’s brand visibility across digital channels.
You’ll be at the heart of our marketing engine, creating powerful content, managing paid campaigns, and experimenting with new ways to reach our audience.

Your mission: turn ideas into impact through smart content, precise targeting, and continuous testing.
You’ll collaborate closely with the founders and growth team to build a repeatable system for attracting and converting leads through content and performance marketing.

A typical week?
You might start by writing a LinkedIn post that sparks discussion, analyze Google Ads performance before lunch, and spend the afternoon designing visuals with our team for an upcoming product launch.
When something performs well, you’ll double down, optimize, document, and scale it.

Your responsibilities

  • Content creation : Craft compelling blog posts, LinkedIn updates, visuals, and product stories that engage and educate our audience.

  • Campaign management : Launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns focused on B2B SaaS professionals.

  • Messaging & copywriting : Write clear, conversion-oriented copy adapted to each channel.

  • Analytics & reporting : Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve campaigns (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, etc.).

  • Brand consistency : Ensure a coherent tone and visual identity across all touchpoints.

  • Collaboration : Work hand-in-hand with design, sales, and product teams to align messaging with company goals.

  • Automation : Contribute to improving workflows for content production and ad management through tools like Notion, Zapier, or Figma.


Profil recherché

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months in B2B SaaS Growth Hacking Outbound

  • Full working proficiency in English & French, both written and verbal

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and social media platforms.

  • A first experience in content creation, performance marketing, or B2B SaaS is a plus.

  • Curiosity, autonomy, and willingness to test, fail fast, and learn fast.

  • A good eye for visuals and design consistency (experience with Canva or Figma is appreciated).

Preferred

  • Based in Paris (FR)

  • Immediate availability to start

  • Experience in demo automation or enterprise software industry
