We are a fast-growing music promotion company helping independent artists get their music heard. Our mission is to connect artists with industry professionals while building a vibrant community of creators, curators and fans. In 2026, we’re kicking off a short-form content initiative to produce 180 high-quality, engaging reels that speak directly to artists’ real needs: validation, knowledge, access and community.
We’re looking for a creative, versatile Content Creator to lead the production of this project. This role is not just about editing clips - it’s about being the face and the energy of the content, bringing ideas to life on camera and creating content artists will trust, relate to and want to share.
On-Camera Hosting & Creation: Present content confidently, naturally and with charisma in short-form video format.
Content Production: Support with scripting, shooting and editing reels across our content pillars: educational tips, podcast clips, artist stories, industry insights, live sessions, partnerships/events and community highlights.
Editing & Post-Production: Deliver polished, fast-turnaround edits optimized for IG Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
Creative Development: Collaborate with our team to brainstorm ideas, shape narratives and adapt blog/podcast/event content into engaging short-form pieces.
Trend Integration: Stay up-to-date with IG/TikTok trends, sounds and formats that resonate with artist communities.
Consistency & Volume: Manage a steady output of ~15 reels/month while maintaining high quality and freshness.
Strong On-Camera Presence: Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with acting/presenting skills that feel authentic, engaging and relatable.
Proven Content Creation Experience: Track record of producing short-form video content (please include links to IG/TikTok/YT work in your application).
Native English Speaker & Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally and efficiently with our team.
Creative Taste: Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling and what resonates with independent artists.
Video Editing Skills: Proficiency with editing tools and ability to deliver high-quality, platform-optimized content quickly.
Speed & Reliability: Comfortable working with fast turnarounds, deadlines and batch content production.
Self-Starter Mentality: Able to take creative ownership, work independently and deliver consistently without heavy oversight.
Music/Entertainment Industry Knowledge (Bonus): Understanding the struggles and culture of independent artists is a plus.
