Descriptif du poste

The mission of the Brand Manager is to grow the Groover brand into the best global brand for music promotion to attract communities of independent artists & representatives in all countries where Groover develops its activities.

Missions

  • Develop our US Community with our team based in NYC

  • Support the growth of our revenue in the US with branding initiatives (awareness, organic acquisition, activation, and funnel optimisation)

  • Define, manage and coordinate the Groover brand communication strategy using a variety of media channels (events, social networks, ads & content) in cooperation with the marketing team members (communications specialist, performance marketing specialist, content coordinator)

  • Ensure a good communication of the whole story, values and mission behind Groover & the other verticals, in particular Groover Obsessions & Groover Club but also educational & curation projects such as Groover Blog, Groover Radio, Groover Hot 10 etc.

  • Stay alert on market trends and competitive activity to establish the Groover brand as a no-brainer for artists

  • Impact and actively suggest the best budget allocation dedicated to branding & organic marketing + potential collaboration with third parties/agencies to achieve the company targets and support the vision


Profil recherché

Requirements

• You know brand building methodology and you have already experience in brand management (Must Have)

• You have social media knowledge (Must Have) and ideally a copywriting experience in English

• You are creative (Must Have)

• You are rigorous and you have high-level execution skills (Must Have)

• You are from and/or living in the US and you have knowledge of the US market (Must Have)

• You can inspire people as brand is transversal to the whole company and you like to interact with different teams (Must Have)

• You like to be operational and hands-on, to make things happen (Must Have)

• Bonus if you speak/write in French (Nice to Have)

• You have knowledge or experience about the music industry (Nice to Have)

• You have experience linked with advertising (Nice to Have)

• You have worked in a company which has built a cool and engaging brand (Must Have)


Déroulement des entretiens

  • Ops and Experience discussions with Dorian (30 min), Co-Founder and Chief of Business.

  • Challenge

  • Debrief and Culture fit Interview with Dorian and Romain, Co-Founder and CEO (1H30)
