About the Team Hiring

Graitec launches an ambitious digital transformation program to revolutionize its business! You will be part of new team of talented and agile experts to change and deploy our digital, e-commerce and crm ecosystems in all our geographies in Europe and North America. Join Graitec to become one of the leaders of this digital transformation.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

    • Implement the overall marketing strategy for the European region, in alignment with the company’s global central marketing objectives.
    • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to guide strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate to the management the annual marketing budget for the region, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.

Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of six Regional Marketing Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
    • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support professional development plans for team members.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.

Campaign Execution and Brand Management:

    • Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation
    • Execute European campaigns to promote cross sell and upsell of Autodesk and Graitec products to our Customers
    • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing activities and communications.
    • Collaborate with the Customer Success Hub in Barcelona, Regional Sales, and other departments to ensure alignment of messaging and campaigns.

Market Segmentation and Targeting:

    • Analyze customer segments and identify opportunities for market expansion and penetration.
    • Collaborate with Regional Marketing Managers to tailor marketing strategies to specific local markets and cultural nuances.

Performance Analytics:

    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Analyze data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the CMO, regional leadership teams, and other stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with broader business goals.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on marketing performance, initiatives, and opportunities.
    • Collaboration with Central marketing
    • Collaborations with Autodesk marketing experts




  • 8+ years of experience in marketing roles with progressive responsibilities, including 3 years in a leadership/management capacity.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drove business growth.
  • Strong understanding of European markets, cultural dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Experience with digital marketing, branding, and market segmentation strategies.


  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively across various functions and levels.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
