We are currently looking for a Senior Full-Stack Development Engineer (React/Java) to join our Engineering team in our office in Bangalore. Our Product and Technology team is autonomous and co-functional, operating in an agile devops environment with a strong customer focus. Our product engineering teams target outcomes rather than outputs, using OKRs to deliver our vision. You will be joining at a growth stage of the business and will be instrumental in improving the current delivery and quality processes, and support your team to deliver high quality and robust solutions for our customers and our business.

You should have:

• Extensive experience with Java (8 or higher) and Springboot development and architecture. 
• Strong experience with React front end development. 
• Solid experience with SQL and noSQL databases such as DynamoDB and MongoDB.
• Logical, analytic thinking, structured and target-oriented approach, very good problem solving skills
• Passion for delivering clean code, unit/integration tests and maintainable documentation.
• Good understanding of micro service and event driven architectures.
• Experience leading and mentoring others in architecture and engineering best practices. 
• Focused on fast delivery with fast feedback by instrumenting solutions.
• Easily troubleshoot issues and find ways to continuously improve software solutions. 
• Proven success working on complex architecture and eager to find solutions to complex problems. 
• Driven by a continuous need for learning and improving.
• Great communication skills in English.
• BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of experience in delivering great solutions with a focus on providing amazing experiences.

The following skills are a plus:

• Experience with or interest in AWS, ElasticSearch, GraphQL, Next.js, typescript, NodeJs, Angular
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD solutions, common frameworks (Hibernate, Jersey, Liquibase, Flyway), frontend technologies and trends, and git
