As part of its growth, Genius is looking for a Community Manager for a beauty brand, with native English level, on a fixed-term contract (CDD).
By joining Genius, you will work on consulting assignments for major CAC 40 and mid-sized companies across various industries.
As part of a renewable 6-month contract, you will join a leading beauty company to execute the brand’s social media strategy and manage its communities in English.
Community Management :
• Process all received comments from Sprinklr & follow up all remained cases with local CMs to reach 100% reply rate by group
• Select & reply to engageable comments on Instagram, Tiktok & Threads
• Engage with all ambassador posts, performing creators & UGC content on Instagram & Tiktok
• Update CM comment bank regularly based on needs
Editorial calendar & posting
• Follow-up on the update and back & forth with agencies on the monthly social calendar
• Day to day follow up on post and publication according to the editorial calendar
Reporting :
• Collect and analyze data, and manage all social media reporting ((including monthly reports and any dedicated reports for events, campaigns, red carpet… to be defined together)
Trend monitoring :
• Collect viral & cool trends & new functionalities from social media
Back-office content management :
• Asset management: clean assets request with image team & campaign asset sharing with agency

Location: Levallois-Perret
You have at least 3 years of experience as a Community Manager in an international environment within the luxury, cosmetics, or fragrance industry.
Social media platforms, their trends, and new features hold no secrets for you.
You are recognized for your strong writing skills (excellent copywriting abilities are expected).
You have strong analytical skills, enabling you to produce efficient and high-quality reports.
You are familiar with the Sprinklr platform.
You have bilingual proficiency in English and are fluent in French.
