As a member of a Scrum team, you are responsible for ensuring the functional quality of the team’s developments. In this role, you will:

• Contribute to the implementation of the quality assurance strategy
• Work closely with the Product Owner and Project Managers to understand functional requirements and business use cases
• Design and execute test plans to validate new features and product improvements
• Define a test automation strategy
• Perform manual testing and transition to automated testing for both backend and frontend components
• Maintain and update the test repository
• Document test results and track issue resolution in coordination with the technical team
• Monitor and analyze quality indicators, contribute to reporting, and propose continuous improvement actions
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and promote best quality assurance practices

About You:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, ideally within a software company
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of quickly gaining expertise in a complex software solution
• Detail-oriented and precise in test design, execution, and maintenance
• Dynamic and proactive, eager to work in an Agile team, with an interest in both technical and functional aspects
• Experience in manual testing and the ability to transition to automated testing
