Our Business Solutions division helps B2B companies access this network through sponsorships, curated introductions, and co-branded activations — our partners range from global SaaS platforms, Retail Tech, Consulting Firms, Private equity and financial institutions.
As we scale our Business Solutions practice in the US, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth with high‑value B2B partners.
Your mission
As a Senior Account Executive, you own the full commercial cycle in the US: from opportunity identification to closing. Your mission is to grow our portfolio of partners, structure tailored solutions, and deliver on the Business Solutions growth targets.
Business development & closing
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder deals with C‑level decision makers.
Build tailored proposals aligned with clients’ strategic priorities.
Drive a qualified pipeline and keep timelines under control.
Go‑to‑market & acquisition
Shape and refine targeting, personas, channels and messaging for the US market.
Run and optimize outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, social selling, events outreach) in close collaboration with Marketing and Community teams.
Activate new growth levers: partnerships, co‑events, co‑marketing with corporates, VCs, and consulting firms.
Revenue ownership & forecasting
Hit and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Structure deals, and defend value, not discounts.
Own forecast accuracy and pipeline health, track KPIs (leads, conversion, CAC, ROI by channel), and turn insights into action.
Collaboration & commercial leadership
Partner closely with Account Management, Community/Club, Events, and leadership.
Challenge and elevate our offer, sales narratives, and processes for the US market.
Representation & networking
Represent FrenchFounders at high‑level events, private dinners, boards, and clubs.
Build and nurture a top‑tier network across Retail, e‑commerce, Tech/SaaS, Finance/Fintech, and advisory.
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive with strong B2B, value‑based sales experience (ideally 8–12+ years) to lead new partner acquisition, manage complex negotiations, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
8–12+ years of proven B2B sales experience (SaaS, premium services, consulting, membership or similar).
Strong track record in closing, managing complex sales cycles, and multiple stakeholders.
High comfort level with C‑suite interlocutors and strategic conversations.
Excellent commercial rigor: pipeline management, forecasting discipline, deal qualification.
Data & ROI culture: solid command of B2B funnels, tracking, and CRM / marketing automation tools (Pipedrive is a strong plus).
Comfortable in “test & learn” environments and consultative sales cycles.
Strong affinity with business, innovation, international topics, and the world of executives and investors.
Fluent in French and English; French is mandatory for working with global teams and members.
