To continue its success and deliver its ambitious vision, French Bloom is recruiting a SALES MANAGER based in New York Metro area to join our US team starting from September 2025.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The East Coast Sales Manager will be responsible for driving French Bloom’s commercial development across New York and the East Coast region, focusing on high-visibility accounts in the F&B, luxury hospitality, and specialty retail sectors. This role requires strong knowledge of the wine, spirits, and alcohol-free beverage industry, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with top-tier culinary and beverage professionals, as well as understanding the 3-tier system and working closely with distributors and their sales team.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
MARKET DEVELOPMENT
Develop French Bloom partnerships with high-visibility accounts, including Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, and premium retailers in the New York Metropolitan area.
Expand market penetration across East Coast territories in line with brand strategy.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Build and maintain strong relationships with on-premise stakeholders (chefs, beverage directors, sommeliers) and key retail partners.
Collaborate with distributor sales teams to align on sales transactions, incentive programs, and target accounts.
COMMERCIAL EXECUTION
Define regional KPIs and route-to-market strategy with the US Vice President.
Execute marketing and commercial plans across omnichannel accounts in coordination with the US Brand Director.
Track activities, sales performance, and market trends through monthly reporting to US HQ.
BRAND ACTIVATION
Partner with the marketing team to implement activations, tastings, and promotional events in NYC and East Coast markets.
Provide training and brand education to distributor teams and account staff.
Represent French Bloom on professional social media channels to amplify brand presence.
OPERATIONS & LEADERSHIP
Maintain accurate records of retail and restaurant partners in CRM platforms.
Manage assigned T&E budget responsibly.
Provide guidance and support to future sales hires in the East Coast territory.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
EXPERIENCE
At least of 5 years of relevant sales experience in the beverage industry, general management, commercial leadership, or country management roles, preferably in beverages, luxury goods, hospitality.
Proven success in growing brands through strong sales and distribution expertise, with a deep understanding of on-premise, e-commerce, and out-of-home channels Hands-on and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to support market expansion, meet key partners, and oversee operations.
