Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Specialist (Free2move Tunisia)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to enhance the Quality Management system, ensuring internal and external quality targets are met in customer service.
  • Contribute to developing new quality concepts and innovative ideas.
  • Foster cross-departmental cooperation and engage with external service providers.
  • Demonstrate commitment to optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct external audits.
  • Act as the primary contact for our first-level support service provider in customer service, assisting with email and call handling.
  • Supervise the operational control and monitoring of the service provider to achieve agreed-upon KPIs.
  • Regularly analyze and assess data, deriving potential service improvement measures as needed.
  • Lead projects within the customer service team.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management.

Required Skills:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Tourism Management, or similar.
  • Extensive professional experience in customer service/call center roles.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Native-level German and fluent English; additional languages like Spanish, French, or Dutch are advantageous.
  • Strong social skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and analytical thinking.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Access).
  • Experience establishing Quality Management systems and conducting audits.
  • Interest in flexible mobility concepts.
  • Openness to travel and possession of a valid driver's license (Class B).
