In close collaboration with the business development team and your manager, you are the key contact person of our B2B customers.

Your next missions :

• You are in charge to find the right best car to suit the needs of our B2B customers, by sourcing cars in Free2move's own fleet or in the fleet of our partner (licensed dealership)
• You manage the reservation from the Free2move backoffice (extensions…)
• You manage the fleet owned by Free2move, optimizing their occupancy rate.
• You are responsible for the best satisfaction of our B2B customers.
• You monitor the invoicing done by the finance team and reach out to B2B customers to make sure invoices are paid on time.
• You escalate issues to the central ops support team when occur.
• You monitor payments to dealerships to ensure the satisfaction of our licensed network of agencies/dealers.

Expected skills:

• 🔧 Strong experience in customer relationship management and/or sales administration
• 🔧 Experience in the rent-a-car industry is a great plus
• 🔧 At ease with home office, with some on-site time at Stellantis HQ in Brussels
• 🔧 Very at ease in a yet not-so-structured work environment
• 🔧 Born problem-solver, very hands-on
• 🔧 Resilient, and contagiously optimistic
• 🔧 Capable of communicating effectively with stakeholders on different levels
• 🔧 Fluent in French, Flemish.
• 🔧 Fluent in Dutch
