You own the Financial Services business unit at Forest. You create it, you carry it, you close it.
You sit at the center of a lean revenue org. You work directly with the CRO, the Head of Marketing, the Head of Growth, senior freelancers on key verticals (technical partnerships, communities, branding, CRM), AMs, and support. This is the commercial engine of Forest’s transformation.
You’ll capitalize on active partnerships (Sardine, ComplyAdvantage, n8n, Dust, Chainalysis) and connect the dots fast.
The job is 100% commercial:
Lead generation & pipeline building (40%)
Generate qualified pipeline across financial services through targeted prospection, network, events, and partnerships.
Activate co-sell motions with key partners.
Build and maintain a pipeline at 3x your closing target.
Process and qualify inbound MQLs.
Closing & revenue (40%)
Market expansion & vertical opening (20%) (only once first validated)
Non-negotiables:
Proven B2B SaaS closing track record, 50K-200K€ ACV, complex multi-stakeholder cycles
Experience in regulated financial services: Fintech, InsurTech, or InvestTech
Pipeline generator. You create your own opportunities, you don’t wait
Can run a demo, build a business case, navigate procurement
Consultative / value selling, not transactional
Speaks product AND business fluently
EU-based (Paris preferred). French + English fluent
Ideal profiles:
Ex-sales/BD senior at a regtech (Chainalysis, ComplyAdvantage, Sardine, Onfido, Alloy, Unit21)
Ex-enterprise sales at a BaaS/PSP (Swan, Treezor, Adyen, Stripe)
Ex-Head of Sales at a Series A-B SaaS with track record in pipeline generation + closing
Ex-sales InsurTech/WealthTech (Alan, Shift Technology, Akur8, Finary)
