Our name Fifteen refers to our vision: the "quarter-hour city", laid out so that all essential services are accessible in less than fifteen minutes on foot or by bike.

Fifteen is convinced that the objectives of the quarter-hour city - calming down, re-humanising our journeys and our lives - are achievable everywhere, in large and small towns alike. And it is the new-generation bicycle services, designed with the requirements of real transport networks in mind and enhanced by technology, that will make it possible.

Already powering cycling services in more than 30 cities and mobility operators around the world, Fifteen raised €40m in 2022 from leading impact players in Europe to accelerate the roll-out of its Augmented Bicycle Networks solution and thus contribute to a massive modal shift from the car to active modes of transport.

We are looking for a trainee based in Paris to work in the Spanish business development - sales team for 6 months. The team is responsible for expanding and growing our business in Spain. Now is an exciting moment to join it, yet we’ve already launched our first service, Gijón (Asturias) and working on the upcoming projects.


Encouraged to break new frontiers, Business Development at Fifteen is at the front line of increasing the impact of our business in the country. The team works across different areas to help cities launch their public bike-sharing scheme and move towards more sustainable mobility.

Participating in shaping the expansion strategy in the country, creating tailor-made projects for each city and finally implementing them, the role has a 360º view of project management, from idea to reality.

We're looking for an intern who’s brave enough to take responsibility for creating relationships with city officials and present them with their ideal bike-sharing project. Someone to relentlessly pursue new opportunities and close those already in the pipeline. A complete end-to-end finisher who always pushes projects to implementation 


  • Participate in the Spanish expansion strategy by identifying and prioritizing cities to establish relationships with
  • Identify new and efficient sales channels
  • Put forward and defend your ideas in a scale-up that values initiative and risk-taking

Marketing and Sales

  • Create content to accompany the prospect on its journey towards having its own bike-sharing system
  • Think of new ways of generating leads, in partnership with the marketing team
  • Promote the solution to decision-makers and influencers at meetings and trade fairs

Optimise sales process

  • Project management from A to Z
  • Understand the city needs and build a project aligned with them
  • Maintain and evolve the customer relationship with visits, demos…
  • Travel onsite for meetings, product demos and launches.

  • Studying Master at a business school, engineering school or political science career
  • With some initial experience in managing cross-functional projects, taking ownership and leading projects end-to-end
  • Native written and verbal communication skills in Spanish. Fluent in French and/or english
  • Looking to have a positive impact on the world
  • Comfortable talking to high-responsibility individuals like politicians
  • Strong conversational, and problem-solving skills
