Job description

FEMPO is the first brand of period underwear in France. 2 years ago, the two founders, Claudette and Fanny, started the FEMPO adventure without knowing anything about the market, with only €240 and by looking sewing tutorials on Youtube. Without any fund raising a year later they were proudly having already 50 000 customers.

Their effectiveness and their ambition are their recipe for success.

Today, the founders are looking to invest in the best people in order to get to the next level and provide a significant growth ASAP.

This is why we are looking for a hands on, data driven, innovative paid marketing lead which will be a main actor in the future growth of FEMPO.

You love performance and you are always looking to improve results/revenue. Paid marketing has no secret for you, innovation is in your DNA and you are used to work in fast paced environment this job is most likely made for you.

The marketing/growth team at Fempo has for objective to optimize and scale up different acquisition channels in France and shortly in other countries such as Germany and England.
We are looking for a hands on experienced marketer who will be able to take over all the online paid advertising channels (so far Facebook/Instagram and Google ads) but also to develop other paid acquisition channels by finding the “secret sauce” in order to optimize acquisition costs and scalability. Data driven decision making and innovation will be your day to day in order to stay constantly at the top of the game !

Your mission

  • Take over ASAP the paid marketing acquisition on business manager and Google ads so far executed by an external agency.
  • A/B test everything you do in order to optimize performances.
  • Content creation coordination or even create your own content (be innovative !)
  • Reporting on campaigns, learnings, tests…
  • Championing innovation on every different aspects of the job (channels, creatives, formats, placements, bidding…)
  • Work with the different teams in order to create a content/ad calendar for the start of new collections/products.
  • Last but not least, be accountable for campaign’s performances !

Your first milestones

  • End of 1st month: Ensure a smooth transition and take over all paid marketing activities from the external agency.
  • End of 2nd month: In collaboration with the head of marketing ensure all paid marketing processes are set up for an effective way of running paid advertising.
  • End of 3rd month: Have a new paid marketing channel up and running.
  • End of 4th month: Increase proportion of paid marketing acquisition to 50+% of monthly sales in France.
  • End of 5th month: Innovate, innovate and so on, did i already mentioned it ?

Preferred experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position for an E-commerce brand/product
  • Good knowledge of Business Manager and Google Ads
  • You know how to set up processes and reporting
  • You have a performance mind set and are used to take quick decisions based on data
  • You are flexible and autonomous
  • You like to innovate and growth hacking
  • You are organized and ambitious
  • You speak French and English and probably other languages !
  • You are probably many other things but it will be already pretty good
