Strategic Project Manager (H/F)

Founded in 2020 by Benjamin Saada, FAIRMAT is a French deep tech company on a mission to revolutionize the recycling of carbon-fiber-based composites.

We are a company focused on technological innovation, whose primary aim is to contribute to reducing the environmental impact in the High Tech & High CSR Manufacturing sectors.
 
Our first objective is to stop burying carbon fiber composite and create a more sustainable future for this advanced material, essential to decarbonization. Through a low-environmental-impact recycling process based mainly on robotics, we are creating new, high-performance, and sustainable materials.

At FAIRMAT, we recycle carbon fiber composite, reducing the ecological impact, to create a new material: strong and very light. ♻

We are in a growth phase after our last fundraising, and are looking for ambitious talents who want to challenge themselves in a positive impact international start-up.

The team: The CEO Office is a small and agile squad, Antoine and Romain, working on strategic initiatives to fuel Fairmat’s growth. Reporting to Fairmat’s CEO, you will be working on short-term internal projects as well as long-term growth opportunities. We are looking for outstanding profiles to join us!

Missions

1/ Act as project manager on strategic internal short-term projects

2/ Assist the CEO on long-term diversification/expansion opportunities

3/ Assist Fairmat’s executives in their day-to-day business

Profile: 

Proven Experience : You bring a track record of success in a similar role within a startup, consulting firm, or finance company.

Exceptional Communication : Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex ideas with ease.

Curiosity and Drive : You possess an innate curiosity and a relentless motivation to achieve outstanding results.

Industrial interest : Experience or a strong interest in the industrial field sets you apart.

Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both English and French is a must.
