FAIRLY MADE® is a green-tech and mission-driven company whose aim is to improve the impact of the textile and leather industry. Launched in 2018 in Paris, this hyper-growth green tech has raised €5 million from an impact fund to position itself as a leader in a booming market.
FAIRLY MADE® enables fashion brands to measure the environmental and social impact of their products thanks to its B2B 360° Impact SaaS Platform, in order to help them find more responsible solutions and be compliant with existing and upcoming regulations.
Join us as a Senior Business Developer Italy
As a Senior Business Developer Italy, you will be responsible for introducing, negotiating and onboarding fashion brands to FAIRLY MADE®’s Impact SaaS platform, strengthening FAIRLY MADE®’s presence in Italy.
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Objectives: develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed Business KPIs and OKRs, in line with the Company and Sales department’s priorities;
Prospection: identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in fashion brands and partners;
Pitch, Demo & Deals: present our SaaS platform to potential clients, highlighting its features, benefits, and its positive impact on sustainability goals and compliance with current and future regulations; handle questions and objections; negotiate contracts to close deals effectively;
Project kick-offs: prepare and kick-off the projects with Impact & Analyst teams, ensuring to meet client expectations and roadmaps;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, from Impact & Analyst, to Tech, Marketing, Customer Success and Legal teams;
Events: attend the most strategic events in Italy and represent FAIRLY MADE®;
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and news, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to the team and to your day-to-day interactions with prospects;
What we need
We are looking for brilliant talents willing to share our enthusiasm and passion for FAIRLY MADE® ‘s project and who are thrilled and committed to revolutionise the textile industry and make a positive impact.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
Proven 4+ years successful sales experience, preferably in SaaS sales and/or within the fashion industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner in both written and spoken Italian (mother tongue) and English (B2+ level);
Ability to build and maintain relationships at the executive level;
Proactive and self-motivated, with a result-oriented and data driven mindset;
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, contributing to the overall success of the team and organisation;
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, sustainability, and environmental impact measurement in the fashion sector is a huge plus;
Willingness to travel as needed;

Location & Salary
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with your experience.
