Descriptif du poste

The role is to secure the right finance controls that our business needs to build upon. A lean and flat structure in a performance driven culture gives you significant independence to shape your role and contributions to the performance of our team and our company.

 

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager MEA, this position will also offer the right candidate the opportunity to have an impact on all aspects of our Accounting function. This position is responsible for all accounting, internal controls and taxes functions for the Turkey office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in preparation of Client invoicing and collection
  • Able to handle and manage daily banking and cash payment activities
  • Responsible for bookkeeping of supplier invoices thru LOGO software
  • Providing assistance with Business Unit managers for field office expenses and customs clearing
  • Maintain and update personnel files in compliance with HR procedure and system
  • Coordinate annually with external auditor
  • Proactively monitor and give an update to any changes on rules and regulations in Turkey
  • Responsible for monthly posting of financial figures for consolidation purposes
  • Tracking the payments of local suppliers
  • Tracking and reminder of overdue invoices

 

Job requirements:

  • 3 years relevant experience in corporate accounting/finance.
  • Previous experience in Taxation for Turkey is appreciated
  • Detailed knowledge of accounting and other relevant reporting standards.
  • Fluent in English and Turkish. French or Russian is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office application.
