Within the Supply & Offer Department, the B2B Marketing & Sales Operations team aims to boost engagement among our local agencies while empowering internal teams and enhancing operational efficiency to optimize partnerships and commercial performance.
We are now seeking a Salesforce Admin Apprentice to strengthen our team. Your mission? Make the most of the tool by supporting our CRM operations, maintaining data quality, and streamlining workflows - all to empower our sales and marketing teams to perform at their best.
You’ll join an international, fast-paced, and passionate team that thrives on collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Reporting to Ugo, our Sales Operations Leader with 10+ years of experience, you’ll also work daily with Cristina, our Salesforce Administrator who set up the tool at Evaneos, and Evan, our Sales Analyst; all while collaborating closely with the rest of the department.
You’ll contribute to ensuring the smooth functioning of our Salesforce ecosystem:
⚙️ Salesforce Configuration & Maintenance:
Assist in the configuration and customization of the platform, including managing user accounts, profiles, roles, workflows, and permissions.
Help with data management tasks, such as data import/export, deduplication, and clean-up activities to maintain data integrity.
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution of any technical problems affecting users.
Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users by resolving functional issues, answering questions, and helping them get the most out of the platform.
🔄 Process Automation:
Learn to set up and optimize automation tools within Salesforce, such as Process Builder, Flows, and Workflows, to enhance productivity and outside Salesforce (Make, N8N)
Assist in creating and managing automated workflows and approval processes to streamline business operations.
📊 Reporting & Dashboards:
Assist in creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights to the sales, account management, and marketing teams.
Work with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and help customize Salesforce to meet those needs.
🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate on various projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Salesforce platform, such as system upgrades, new feature implementations, and integration with other tools.

💰 Salary follows the Syntec scale applicable to your contract.
You may be a great fit for this position if:
You’re enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
You have a strong interest in Salesforce and its administration. Previous experience with the tool is a plus, but not required.
You have a basic understanding of CRM systems and the ability to grasp technical concepts.
You’re rigorous and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.
You’re highly organized and comfortable managing and prioritizing multiple tasks at once.
