Our partner agency is looking for a Sales Agent for the Italian-speaking market, based in Lithuania.
In this role, you will be responsible for advising travelers through the Evaneos platform, designing tailor-made itineraries, coordinating the practical aspects of each trip, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction from the first contact until the end of the journey.
This position is well suited for someone with a strong sales and customer-oriented mindset, who enjoys building relationships with travelers and is curious to learn more about the Baltic region.
🧭 Advising travelers & creating tailor-made trips
Get in touch with Italian-speaking travelers through the Evaneos platform.
Understand travelers’ expectations, preferences, and constraints.
Advise clients on destinations, cultures, and travel styles in the Baltic region.
Design customized itineraries aligned with travelers’ needs and expectations.
💼 Managing the practical aspects of the trip
Coordinate bookings with hotels, guides, and transport providers.
Match travelers’ requests with relevant local partners.
Prepare and validate accurate quotations.
Manage billing for travelers according to internal processes.
🌟 Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the trip
Act as the main point of contact for travelers during their trip.
Handle operational issues, changes, cancellations, or complaints when needed.
Monitor service quality and contribute to continuous improvement.
Collect feedback and support traveler loyalty.
🌱 Promoting responsible & sustainable travel
Promote responsible and sustainable travel practices.
Work with eco-conscious local suppliers.
Educate travelers about their local impact and responsible behaviors.

Languages
Italian: Native or C1
English: B2 (working language)
