We are looking for a strategic, results-driven English speaking Sales Manager to join our local team in Vilnus, Baltics and oversee the french and italian sales performance. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth, mentoring sales agents, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
As a Sales Manager, you will take the lead in creating, managing, and delivering high-quality travel programs in french, italian and english. You’ll work closely with clients and suppliers, turning travel dreams into seamless, memorable experiences. 📋 Key Responsibilities
Develop tailor-made travel programs for groups and FITs across the Baltics
Communicate with international clients and partners (french, italian or spanish markets)
Source and negotiate with suppliers
Ensure timely delivery of services with top quality
Collaborate with internal team to ensure smooth operations
Monitor project budgets and timelines
✅ What We Expect From You
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or tourism/travel project management
University or college degree (preferably in tourism, business, or related fields)
Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken) so you can communicate with our suppliers
Knowledge of russian, italian, german, spanish is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the Baltic region.
