As Head of Strategic Marketing, you will shape the next chapter of Evaneos’ growth story. Your mission? Identify, validate, and develop the most promising traveler segments and travel offers to guide where we invest and where we won’t, over the next 1 to 3 years.
This is a hands-on, strategic, and impact-driven role. From insight to action, you’ll lead the full journey: market and traveler research, testable hypotheses, cross-functional pilots, offer and product evolution, performance monitoring, and continuous iteration. Your success will directly shape Evaneos’ future direction and impact the way thousands of travelers experience local, meaningful travel.
Reporting to Romain, our Executive Member in charge of Strategic Development, Product & Innovation, you will join and lead the Strategic Marketing team. Currently composed of one Category Project Manager, the team is expected to grow with two new hires in 2026.

🔎 Traveler segmentation & opportunity framing
Identify and prioritize high-potential traveler segments based on needs, motivations, and value potential.
Monitor emerging behaviors, market trends, and competitive dynamics to shape bold, testable hypotheses about where Evaneos should grow, and where we shouldn’t.
🎯 Validation, performance tracking & strategic recommendations
Design and run quantitative analyses (performance data, funnel metrics, surveys), lead qualitative research (traveler interviews, user research, agency feedback, field insights)
Combine internal data, benchmarks, and real-world tests to validate or discard opportunities
Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations and business cases that guide strategic and operational decisions
📚 Offer strategy & cross-functional execution
Define who we’re targeting, the needs we’re addressing, and why it matters with sharp positioning and value propositions for each key offer or collection.
Work closely with Offer Supply and Product teams to translate strategic choices into concrete evolutions
Build and lead 360° action plans across Product, Offer, Supply, Marketing, and Innovation, ensuring clarity on goals, KPIs, milestones, and ownership.
Act as the owner of each plan, accountable for progress, delivery, and results over time, and adjust direction based on performance, learnings, and feedback.
📈 Impact tracking & iteration
Monitor and own outcomes of each initiative over time - and not just at launch, using relevant business, performance, usage, and value KPIs
Make informed strategic calls based on results and learnings: scale, refine, pause, or stop
Document and capitalize on learnings to fuel continuous improvement and future strategic bets.
🤝 Team leadership & collaboration
Guide, support, and grow the Strategic Marketing team through clear objectives and motivating priorities, while fostering a culture of performance, learning, and continuous improvement.
Act as a trusted strategic and operational partner to cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with the Innovation & Incubation teams to explore and shape the next big ideas.

💰 Salary range is €80-86K€, including a 6K€ variable bonus. Transparent salary decisions based on clear benchmarks, career progression frameworks, and peer alignment to ensure fairness.
You may be a great fit for this position if:
You have 8–12+ years of experience in strategic marketing, product marketing, or strategy development in a B2C, platform, or marketplace environment. A background in travel or consumer tech is a strong plus.
You’ve led cross-functional plans that connect strategy to product, offer, growth, and go-to-market actions, with clear ownership of outcomes and measurable business impact
You’re used to combining market and consumer insights with data, real-world tests, and experimentations to validate opportunities and prioritize action
You’re analytical, structured, impact-driven, and focused on learning and continuous improvement rather than perfect plans.
You speak both French and English (C1 level minimum), enabling you to communicate effectively in our multicultural environment of 15 nationalities
