As Marketing Manager (German-speaking markets), you’ll help accelerate growth in one of our most strategic regions. Your mission: increase acquisition, boost local performance, and adapt our marketing playbook to local needs.
You’ll pilot key digital channels (SEO, SEA, CRM, Social, Affiliates, Influencers), bringing global strategies to life through smart localization. With central experts driving execution, your mission is to turn strategy into measurable local impact.
Sarah, our Head of International, leads the team bringing together two Country Managers and two Marketing Managers. Each team member focuses on a specific region: Northern Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands) or Southern Europe (Spain and Italy).
You’ll report directly to the Northern Europe Country Manager and will work in close collaboration with the central Marketing, Growth, and Brand teams.
The team’s mission is to drive growth across markets by combining deep local insights with central expertise and ensuring strategies are both locally relevant and globally consistent.
1️⃣ Performance Tracking (KPI & Monitoring)
Deliver on your market’s growth ambitions by hitting the target volume of qualified leads.
Drive and maximize the performance of the full marketing mix (SEO, Paid, Affiliates, Display, CRM, Influence, etc.), tailoring actions to different customer segments (new vs. repeat travelers).
2️⃣ Market Insights & Research
Be the voice of the DACH traveler inside Evaneos: gather, analyze, and consolidate insights (including personas).
Turn insights into impact by ensuring Brand, Product, CRM, and Data teams adopt and act on them.
3️⃣ Marketing & Growth Activation
Bring local expertise to Growth initiatives:
Make sure copy, visuals, and tone strike a chord with German-speaking travelers,
Roll out and optimize local SEO strategy,
Build and scale affiliate partnerships that deliver qualified customers,
Adapt and fine-tune display & affiliate campaigns,
Shape e-merchandising for your market(s).
Lead local activations that make a difference:
Manage local agencies and partnerships,
Spark creative brand activations tailored to the DACH audience,
Craft and execute local influencer strategies,
Launch events and offline campaigns (from street marketing to community-driven experiences) in strong collaboration with Brand and Growth teams.

💰 Salary range is €45K-50K. Transparent salary decisions based on clear benchmarks, experience, career progression frameworks, and peer alignment to ensure fairness.
You may be a great fit for this position if:
5+ years’ experience in digital/growth marketing, ideally in e-commerce, scale-up, or travel
Proven ability to manage multiple acquisition channels
Native-level German and fluent English
Strong analytical mindset + comfort with dashboards and attribution models
Deep understanding of the DACH market: culture, trends, channels
A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with good cross-team communication
Own growth targets that directly drive our marketplace and SaaS activity in the DACH market
Switch between shaping strategy and running campaigns hands-on
Work closely with product, data, and local teams in an international environment
