Job Scope Summary:

·      Reporting to the AWS infrastructure manager, the AWS devops will be responsible of building new group assets.

·      Backup the AWS infrastructure manager.

·      Ensure that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats

·      Automate and improve development and release processes

·      Work with software developers to ensure that development follows established processes.

·      Support of delivery center on hungary in case of blocking points.

Duties:

Finops:

·        Track the projects costing and work actively to maintain it under control.

Management:

·        Be the backup of the AWS infrastructure manager.

·        Be actor on managing team capacity and different Architecture and Steering Committee.

·        Be actor on change advisory board committee.

Build:

·        Build highly available production systems.

·        Implement monitoring and alerting.

·        Create disaster recovery plans for all the critical platforms.

·        Measure applications performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

·        Implement and improve security mechanisms.

·        Challenge the technical solutions proposed by developers.

·        Create CI/CD pipelines.

·        Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Run activities:

·        Be an escalation point, to perform root cause analysis with our delivery center (hungary) for production errors.

·        Develop scripts to automate recurrent tasks.

Follow up run day to day activities on the delivery center of hungary.

§  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information technology, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience

§  3+ year as DevOps AWS,

§  Experience on team management is a plus.

§  Significant experience in solution architecture (security, performance, scalability)

§  Docker

§  Proficient with Bitbucket and GIT

§  Proficient with IaC, specifically terraform

§  Several experiences on AWS (Beanstalk, RDS, ApiGateway, S3, Lambda, Step functions, ECS) AWS Certification is a plus.

§  EKS

§  Jenkins (job creation, automation)

§  Scripting language at least Shell and Python
