Introduction
Join MTS France as a Business Management Associate and play a key role supporting the Executive Director across strategic and operational activities. Based in Paris, you will contribute to the efficient running of market operations, company administration and governance, as well as managing relationships with market participants and issuers. You will also support compliance activities and facilitate effective communication across the organisation.
You will be primarily responsible for:
- Supporting the day-to-day market operations of MTS France, including monitoring market activity, listing of financial instruments and allocation of market making requirements.
- Acting as a first point of contact for daily operational requests from market participants, the French Debt Management Office and the Primary Dealer Market Committee, liaising with other Group departments such as MTS Sales, MTS Technology, MTS Client Services, MTS Monitoring and Post-Trading.
- Assisting in the preparation of market data analyses, reports and presentations to support internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Supporting compliance-related activities, including preparing reports and coordinating with regulators and Euronext Group control functions (Risk, Corporate Compliance, Internal Control, Internal Audit and Legal).
- Coordinating relationships with external auditors.
- Assisting with administrative and financial processes, such as budgeting support, treasury management, invoicing follow-up and basic financial reporting.
Your profile
- Master's degree in finance, economics, business or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial markets and proficiency in statistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in data analysis.
- Excellent written and communication skills in French and English.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented while keeping a clear view of overall objectives and priorities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable partnering with different departments to achieve common goals.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
